Matt Dagg
Director and Project Manager
Matt’s passion for construction comes from an extensive career within the industry and many years spent honing his on-the-tools and project management skills.
From international construction building luxury custom homes in Central London to running the operations for one of New Zealand’s largest group housing companies, Matt has built a requtation for over-delivery and excellence in construction processes and project management.
A local from Te Puke and an all-round good guy, Matt has formed strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and business partners enabling him to effectively manage construction processes together with client expectations. The end result being a robust delivery and very happy customers.
Simon Thurston
Commercial Construction Manager
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry working in both New Zealand, the UK and the USA, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge to the business which enables us to offer strategic solutions to our clients incorporating the latest technology and product developments within the industry.
Simon has worked in the residential, industrial and rural sectors but has spent most of his construction career in the commercial sector. His focus has centered around site and project management, conceptual design, scope establishment, contract administration, customer communications, code requirements and managing the entire consent process.
A creative thinker with clear vision, Simon is also all about the detail. He knows his subject matter well and works tirelessly to find a solution within our offering to meet the needs of our current and future clients.
Simon is an ambitious yet approachable guy whose positive attitude is infectious.
